Express Clinic Services
New Horizons Behavioral Health is proud to introduce its new Express Clinic, providing a faster route to care.
Starting October 1, 2024, individuals can walk in for behavioral healthcare and have a visit with a clinician the same day. They can also be seen by a medical provider on the same or next day to ensure they get the help they need when they need it.
Eligibility
- Georgia residents
- Individuals with Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid CMO or no insurance
- Those who are not currently under the care of another behavioral health community provider (If desired, the patient can transfer their care to New Horizons after they are discharged from their current provider)

What to expect
- Individuals will need to complete registration information with our front desk (this may take longer if you have not been seen at New Horizons within the past 6 months)
- Individuals will be seen by a clinician and complete a behavioral health assessment
- Individuals may be seen by a medical provider on the same or next business day

- Photo identification
- Insurance card/information
- Hospital discharge paperwork
- All medications
- Social Security Card/Number
