For clients without insurance, a self-pay fee will be determined based on the length of the appointment and the type of provider seen. You will be notified of the estimated fee and any associated co-pays prior to your appointment.
If you are experiencing difficulty with payment, please discuss alternative arrangements with our front desk staff. Similarly, if you have private insurance, Medicaid, or Medicare, you will be required to pay your related co-pays and deductibles at the time of service.
