Generation Next is a New Horizons program that believes in increasing the seamless transition from home or foster care for emerging young adults (ages 16-26) living with mental illness or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
Some services provided in the program are:
- Individual case management
- Life skills groups
- Medication management
- Individual counseling
- Appointments with Physicians/Nurse Practitioners
