May is #NationalNursesMonth and we closed out #NursesWeek yesterday - meaning we are shining a light on our Lead Registered Nurse: Tamika! 🤩
Tamika joined New Horizons in 2022 and oversees the flow of our clinic. She manages our team of nurses, lab techs, and medical and nursing assistants.
Team work and seeing patients find stability is Tamika's favorite part of her job. She was initially drawn to nursing because there is always something new to learn in the field. When Tamika is not working, she relaxes by binge watching a good TV show.
We are so grateful to have Tamika on our team! Thank you to her and nurses everywhere for their selfless service.
