Happy New Year! With the holidays ending and the coldest, darkest days ahead, it can be easy to allow your mental wellness to become less of a priority.

January is Mental Wellness Awareness Month. This is the time to recognize the importance of attending to our mental health, especially seeing the vast prevalence of mental health issues and disorders that exist in our world.

We encourage you all to take the time this month to develop intentional and healthy habits that will be a part of your routine for the rest of year. This can look like acknowledging body and emotional changes, identifying your feelings and putting a name with them, and practicing mindfulness.
