March is I/DD Awareness Month

Every March, we take time to celebrate and advocate for the individuals we serve with different abilities - also known as Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Awareness Month. 🧡
This month serves as a reminder that not every disability is physical and/or visable. Join us as we take the next few weeks as an opportunity to raise awareness about the inclusion of people with developmental disabilities in all facets of community life, as well as awareness of the barriers that people with disabilities still sometimes face in connecting to the communities in which they live.
