Remembering the Life of Board Member Joseph Williams

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of one of our board members, Mr. Joseph Williams, who represented his home of Stewart County.
Mr. Williams was also the Chairman of the Stewart County Board of Commissioners. He advocated for the citizens of his district and for the county in general, taking on board positions and involvement in other organizations beyond New Horizons.
We are thankful to have known the great man Mr. Williams was and to have had his guidance as part of our board of directors. He will be surely missed. We ask that you keep his family and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
