Our latest Team Member/Program Spotlight is on Dr. Cynthia Pattillo and her work as a Psychologist and in Performance Improvement! ✨
Dr. Pattillo has been on our team for 34 years now and has worked in a variety of programs and positions. With so many years of vital experience at New Horizons, it has made her the perfect fit to lead our organization's performance improvement efforts.
Some of Dr. Pattillo's duties include coordinating our Performance Improvement Committee, Assisted Outpatient Treatment Program, and relationships with the Probate Court regarding outpatient commitment orders. She also oversees some of the preparations for our accreditation processes.
"I enjoy helping people with serious mental illness and their families," says Dr. Pattillo. "I also enjoy the wide variety of programs and activities that New Horizons offers and that I have gotten to do a wide variety of jobs over the years."
We are so thankful to have Dr. Pattillo and her knowledgeable experience on our team! When she's not working, Dr. Pattillo enjoys reading, browsing antique shops, and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
