Our latest Team Member/Program Spotlight is on Richard Kidd and our Generation Next Program!
Richard has been the Program Director of Generation Next since November 2024 and served as an Intake Counselor on our team prior to his current role.
Generation Next serves adolescents ages 16-26 with various behavioral health concerns. It combines both group and individual case management methods to teach things like life skills, stress management, and community reintegration.
“My favorite part about working within Generation Next is being out in the community,” Richard says. “I meet the individuals where they are whether it be their home, the local park, YMCA, or wherever they feel most comfortable.”
We are so thankful to have Richard on our team as he continues to lead our Generation Next program! When he’s not working, he enjoys relaxing and spending quality time with family.
